Gamaliel Trail
 In a new effort to continue to promote the shooting sports, Gamaliel Shooting Supply earlier this year introduced the Gamaliel Trail. This consisted of a series of shoots where a “Gamaliel Trail” option is offered to shooters. ˝ of this option money is paid out at the shoot, and the remaining ˝ of the money goes to the 2010 Gamaliel Trail Purse. The Final event of the 2010 season will be The Gamaliel Trail Finale’ held at The Rock Castle Shooting Center in Park City KY on 9/16-19/2010.

Pilla Lobster Classic 2010 Sporting Clays Championship
Addieville East Farm Mapleville, RI by Tom Hostetler of Shooters Solutions
8/12-15/2010: Almost 300 shooter registered for this event. The weather was perfect, dry all weekend high 70’s / low 80’s during the day and cool at night. The club is a fantastic property and in top shape for the event. Saturday’s lobster dinner and the nearly 1 hour fireworks display was well attended and enjoyed by everyone.

Ohio State Sporting Clays Championships

The Ohio State Sporting Clays Championships held at Hill'n Dale Gun Club, August 6-8, had some of the finest weather anywhere this season. Temperatures in the low 80's made it a fantastic weekend for shooting. Some of the scorekeepers even had jackets on for the 8:30 rotation Saturday morning. Hill'n Dale Club is a private sportsman's club located in Northeastern Ohio. Event sponsors were EZGO Workhorse, Beretta, Stanley Steemer, Lincoln Traps, Kolar, Fin Feather Fur, Dawson's, BY-Pas, Wild Hare, Chambermates, PMS Firearms, Delmonte, Sandridge Food Corp., and C.T. Taylor Company. Lois Lessing was on hand to take care of the squadding and scores.

2010 Missouri State Sporting Clays Championships
Ozark Shooters Sports Complex, Walnut Shade, Missouri

The Missouri State Sporting Clays Championships was held at Ozark Shooters Sports Complex, near Branson Missouri, July 30-Aug. 1, 2010. Ozark Shooters is a complete shotgun shooting facility for the entire family. It boasts 65 acres of woods, with open and rolling hills. The event sponsors were Pro-matic Trap for the main and Fitasc events, Fiocchi with the preliminary event and super sporting, White Flyer with the 12-gauge event, and Lonesome Charlie’s with the 5-stand event. Prize sponsors for the event were Browning, Shooting Supplies by Sheila, Wild Hare, Sportsman’s Resource Connection and the Missouri State Association. Advertising Sponsors were Homestead Motel, Decot HyWyd, Comfort Inn, Minnesota State, and Wisconsin State Shoot.
